Rewards

A Reward defines exactly what a player receives. Every reward must belong to a parent Campaign.

Reward Lifecycle

Rewards follow the same status logic as campaigns. They transition from Scheduled to Active and eventually to Ended based on time. If a Reward is Cancelled, all associated player enrollments are also cancelled immediately.

Free Bet Rewards

The system currently focuses on Free Bet distributions. There are two ways to configure the value:

Fixed Free Bets

Every player enrolled in this reward gets the exact same package.

  • Example: 5 Free Bets at 1.00 EUR each.

Ranged Free Bets

You define a "window" of acceptable values. This allows you to give different amounts to different players while staying within controlled bounds.

  • Min/Max Bet Value: The range for the price of a single bet.
  • Min/Max Bet Count: The range for how many bets are given.
  • Example: A reward allows between 1 and 10 bets, valued between 0.50 EUR and 5.00 EUR. You can then use a CSV upload or a Trigger to give:
    1. Player A: 2 bets at 1.00 EUR
    2. Player B: 5 bets at 5.00 EUR.

Key Fields

  • Currency: The currency the free bet is issued in.
  • Credit Wallet Type: Usually "Real", meaning any winning from the free bet is credited to the player's main wallet and behaves like real money.
  • Stake Not Returned: If enabled, only the winnings from the free bet are credited to the player (the original free bet stake is kept by the house).

Products

Rewards can be restricted to specific games or products.

  • If you select specific games, the free bets can only be used on those games.
  • If you leave the product list empty, the reward is "Global" and can be used on any supported product.

Enrollment Duration Strategy

This setting determines how long a player has to use their reward once they receive it.

Strategy Description
Inherit From Reward The player's window matches the reward's Active period. If the reward ends on Friday, the player's bets expire on Friday.
Rolling Duration The player gets a specific amount of time (e.g., 7 days) starting from the moment they are enrolled.

Example: Rolling Duration

If a Reward runs from Day 1 to Day 30, and you set a 7-day Rolling Duration:

  • Player A is enrolled on Day 3. Their bets expire on Day 10.
  • Player B is enrolled on Day 28. Their bets expire on Day 30 (because the window is clamped to the Reward's end date).

Tip

Use Ranged Free Bets for loyalty programs where you want to reward players proportionally to their recent activity.
